Duties	The primary function will be to assist in the processing of applications for probate judgments, appointment of executors and appointment of administrators.The extern will review Superior Court pleadings and will prepare memoranda for the Superior Court judge, but there will be minimal contact with the Superior court judge and no courtroom advocacy.

Time requirements	Office is open to the public Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 4pm.
Position requirements	Extern does not need prior subject matter expertise. We need a student who will be punctual and ready to work.
