Registration for Guests Needing Special Accommodations Parking for 2022 Rutgers-Camden Commencement Ceremonies

Know Before You Go:

  • There are several special-needs designated spaces in the BB&T Pavilion lot and an additional 100 spaces will be special-needs on May 17 and 18.
  • Guests with disabilities requiring accommodations or who have issues walking up to an eighth of a mile must register online for a special-needs parking hangtag to help ensure that your walking distance is limited. Space for special-needs parking is limited. All registrations much be received by Monday, May 2, 2022.
  • To assist guests with limited mobility, Rutgers will provide a tram from the special-needs designated parking lot to the entrance of the BB&T Pavilion. The tram will start running on hour prior to each ceremony and end one hour after each ceremony.
  • Bring Your Own Assistive Device: Please be aware that there will be a considerable amount of on-site travel required to move from the parking lot to your seat.  From the main entrance of the BB&T to the special-needs seating areas walking distances for 140 to 250 feet maybe required.  If you or your guest(s) requires a wheelchair or other device to travel any distance, you must bring it with you.
