Registration for Guests Needing Accommodation Parking for 2020 Rutgers-Camden Commencement Ceremonies

Know Before You Go

  • There are several handicap-designated spaces in the BB&T Pavilion lot and an additional 100 spaces will be handicap-designated on May 20 and 21.

  • Guests with disabilities requiring accommodations or who have issues walking up to 1/8 mile must register online for a parking hang tag to ensure that walking is limited. Space for special-needs parking is limited. All registrations much be received by May 4, 2020.

  • To assist guests with limited mobility, Rutgers will provide a tram from the handicap-designated parking lot to the entrance of the BB&T Pavilion. The tram will start running one hour prior to each ceremony and end one hour after each ceremony.

  • Bring Your Own Assistive Device: Please be aware that there will be a considerable amount of on-site travel required to move from the parking lot to your seat. From the main entrance of the BB&T to the accommodation seating areas walking distances for 140 to 250 feet maybe required. If you or your guest(s) requires a wheelchair or other device to travel any distance, you must bring it with you.
